Well it had to get to me sooner or later. The last two days have been mostly spent in and out of bed and in and out of sleep.
Yesterday the backache and flu-like aches side-effects really kicked in, so I spent much of my time either on the couch or in bed. This was pretty much expected courtesy of those lovely bone-marrow-boosting injections doing their thing, and yes, making me better involves making me feel worse first. Rude that!
Today I woke up feeling like my head was going to fall off. It really hurt, felt too heavy for my neck and, after trying to get up and act as normal, I gave up and went back to sleep for much of the day again.
And that, quite literally, is the update. 😂 I suppose 2 bad days out of the week is not the worst.
Bloods tomorrow and then Monday we go again.
Round two. Ding ding. 🥊
